Collaborate

I offer one-on-one therapy, support groups, and workshops designed to meet people where they are. My goal is to create safe, inclusive, and practical spaces for reflection, growth, and connection—whether you’re seeking personal support, community with others who share similar experiences, or organisational learning around mental health and inclusion.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

One-on-one online sessions where we work together at your pace, exploring challenges and building sustainable ways forward. Sessions are available in 60 or 90 minutes, with flexible options for ongoing support.

SUPPORT GROUPS

Small online groups (6–8 participants) that create a safe, understanding space to share experiences and find support around themes like disability, chronic illness, caregiving, trauma, grief, and neurodivergence.

WORKSHOPS

Collaborations with organisations to foster inclusion, awareness, and care in the workplace. Topics include disability, chronic illness, caregiver wellbeing, and building supportive environments.
